I'm Shazon Perera, founder of Covered Hospitality Services (CHS). I have worked across restaurants, cafés, catering, events, corporate hospitality and venue operations. My experience includes P&L oversight, team leadership, food safety, compliance and service performance.
I have managed teams of up to 15 people and supported operations ranging from 100-seat restaurants to events serving up to 3,000 guests. Covered Hospitality Services (CHS) is operated by Shazon as an independent sole trader, so every client works directly with me.
